I find it insanely dumb that I face a destroyer at 5km range and pop him with 4 full broadsides with most shells striking the DD. ![]() The guns are the primary source of issues for the ship. ![]() Torpedoes are interesting, perhaps the only well made thing on these ships. and hardly to escape because the turn rate is not '2 puffs' wide. The smoke screen is so short lived (2 puffs at best) it can't be used to support your own team. Not saying its useless just saying it hardly helps the survivability of the ship. The repair party is mostly pointless given this ship's near guaranteed citadels popping even from destroyer fire. The rate of fire is poor given the poor damage and range of the guns on this ship. which does squat to destroyers and hardly damages cruisers.and bounces off BBs. These light cruisers are very poorly designed imo. I'm hoping the others above it become better. Tier 5 being bad anyways, I've only had one game where I wasn't out tiered, so that is also very detrimental to this ship. If you aren't virtually dead stopped when you pop smoke you drift out of it, and I'm not sure what is worse, being dead stopped and getting stomped before you pop smoke or drifting out of it and having to circle or back into it, while you're still getting stomped. It's only redeeming quality I've found is it is at full speed very quickly, but that doesn't help when it's taking MAX damage from everything that shoots it at ANY angle. It barely does damage to BBs and DD's are non existent in many of the battles I have played. The AP is bouncing and overpenning everything it shoots, including other soft cruisers like the Kirov and Konig and other Brit cruisers. I know I Haven't played enough battles but my initial impression is it's the worst tier 5 cruiser I have ever played.
